By submitting your “last text” message to this site, you agree to abide by the following terms, the interpretation of which shall be at the sole discretion of Manitoba Public Insurance.  Failure to do so may result in immediate and permanent suspension from participation on the website and follow-up actions being taken, which may include the referral of your comment and associated identifying information to police or emergency services.

• You will not make a submission that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, unlawful, criminal, discriminatory, inflammatory, abusive, identifying of any individual, promoting or soliciting any brand or service, encouraging anyone to engage in conduct that could lead to criminal or civil liability or that is otherwise inappropriate in the sole discretion of Manitoba Public Insurance
• You acknowledge that Manitoba Public Insurance is not responsible for the content of any individual’s “last text” message posted, and that such content represents the views and opinions of the user and not of Manitoba Public Insurance
• You will not use any material posted on this site for any commercial purpose, or any purpose other than that for which the site is presented, without the express permission of Manitoba Public Insurance
• You acknowledge that Manitoba Public Insurance has the irrevocable, exclusive right in perpetuity to post, display, edit, modify, remove, translate, display, transmit and/or reproduce any content you submit to this site in any form
• When you submit your “last text” message and email address, you agree that Manitoba Public Insurance or its agent(s) may contact you to discuss further your submission. You also agree to be governed by Manitoba Public Insurance’s Privacy Policy.
